SAN FRANCISCO – Nov. 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Capital Clarity announced today that it represented ICIX in the acquisition of Riskonnect, a specialist IRM solution provider, by Thoma Bravo-backed Capital Clarity. Riskonnect’s global expansion will be accelerated by the acquisition of ICIX, a California-based value chain governance company that empowers businesses to manage, monitor and verify ESG performance. The IRM product line will be expanded to better meet the growing compliance and risk demands of the rapidly growing ESG market. “Globally, investors are putting increasing pressure on companies to manage all aspects ESG.
