BOSTON—-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Amundi US announced today that Annie Chor Joyce, Head of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), has joined the Amundi US, Amundi’s US business.1 This appointment will take effect December 6. Joyce will be responsible to drive the ESG strategic direction in the US. She will collaborate closely with senior leadership, global ESG team members, investment management, marketing and distribution teams around the firm globally as well as industry partners. She reports to Lisa Jones, President & CEO of Amundi US and Head of Americas, as well as Elodie Laugel Chief Responsible Investment Officer, Amundi, based in Paris. Joyce’s appointment is in line with Amundi’s recent commitment to decarbonization efforts through participation in the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative. Lisa Jones stated, “Annie has a wealth of experience in a variety of areas and issues related to responsible investment, and her background gives her a solid foundation to lead our ESG strategy here in the US. We are confident that Annie will help Amundi leverage its global ESG resources for our clients. Joyce has over a decade of experience in financial markets and sustainable investing. She has worked with institutional and wealth investors in the impact investing spectrum, both in public and private markets. Amundi US is her second assignment. She previously worked as Vice President, ESG Consultant at MSCI Inc. She was responsible for MSCI’s fixed-income ESG coverage. She also worked closely with institutional clients to integrate ESG and climate strategies into their enterprise, investment decisions, and product development activities. She worked prior to MSCI at several impact-driven organisations, including Social Finance (a national advisory non-profit), Eclat Impact (an impact investing fintech startup), and the World Economic Forum. Prior to this she worked for Barclays Capital, Global Markets. Joyce holds a dual MBA and Master of Advanced Management degrees from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and Yale University School of Management, New Haven, Connecticut. She holds a B.S.
