The Sustainability Board Report Ltd. The Sustainability Board Report (TSBR), releases its latest flagship annual report on ESG in corporate boardrooms. TSBR publishes an annual report on the environmental, social, and governance (ESG), preparedness of corporate boards of some of the largest publicly traded companies in the world. TSBR reported last year that boards have a low level ESG competence. It was discovered that boards are becoming more aware of ESG issues this year. This has also led to the lines between ESG consciousness (awareness of and knowledge about issues) and competence (“capacity for addressing issues) becoming increasingly blurred. There is still much to be done, despite the fact that a dominant group is leading the conversation in boardrooms. The report contains never-before published data on sustainable corporate governance.
